Kevin Joined RCRE in April 2009 as a Senior Advisor on the retail team. Kevin is focusing on Tenant and Landlord representation at Resource.
Prior to joining Resource Kevin spent 20 years at Simon Property Group. As Vice President of Community/Lifestyle Centers Leasing at Simon, Kevin was responsible for all aspects of leasing space in a diverse twenty million (20,000,000) square foot portfolio which included neighborhood, power, lifestyle, hybrid and mixed use open air projects in over 20 states. This diverse portfolio gave Kevin the opportunity to work with a broad spectrum of national regional and local tenants. The leasing team worked closely with legal, operations and tenant coordination to achieve ownership objectives. Managing nation accounts were a key component of this position. Kevin also worked closely with the development team in creating leasing proformas for new development and redevelopment opportunities.
