Mr. Logan began his career in commercial real estate in 1985 with R.V. Welch Investments as a Property Manager. He became Lease Administrator as well as Property Manager for Browning Investments and became Executive Vice President of Property Management at REI Real Estate Services, LLC.

While at REI, his responsibilities included administration of the day to day operations for approximately 3.8 million square feet of commercial real estate and five (5) parking garages; property management budgeting and performance evaluation. He has been on development teams on a number of high profile projects such as Emmis Communication World Headquarters, as a member of the REI Management Committee assisted in the development, implementation and enforcement of company policies and procedures.

In 2007, Mr. Logan joined Paragon Companies, LLC as Vice President of Property Management where he oversaw the administration of day to day operations of office, retail, flex and industrial space in Central and Northern Indiana and Ohio and was responsible for all aspects of Property Management.
