Tim Murray joined RESOURCE Commercial Real Estate in July 2007 as Senior Advisor and Team Leader of the Resource Retail Team. Tim’s roles include; Landlord & Tenant Representation, Land & Retail Investment sales.

Prior to joining the Resource Team, Tim was the Senior Director of Sales & Leasing for Street Corner Group, LLC where he was responsible for over 350,000 square feet of Retail space, Retail site sales, Investment Property sales and new Retail Development site selection. Tim's additional industry experience includes CB Richard Ellis and Dury Investment Group Commercial Real Estate Services.

While at CB Richard Ellis Tim was responsible for rebuilding the Indy Retail Services group which included Landlord Representation & Tenant Representation as well as Land and working closely with the CBRE Investment Team with Retail Property Investment Sales. Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Tim worked with Dury Investment Group Commercial Real Estate Company and spent over twenty years in National Account sales in the wholesale Men’s Apparel Industry.
