Brad is an advisor for Team Industrial. With more than 15 years of experience in project management, planning & zoning, economic development, and regulatory assistance, King will provide his clients expertise in tenant representation, owner representation, incentive procurement, and zoning compliance assistance.

Brad recently joined Resource after serving as an associate with Indianapolis-based commercial real estate company Dury Investment Group. He has worked with the City of Indianapolis, the Indianapolis Economic Development Corporation (IEDC), and Indy Partnership. As Project Manager, Marketing Manager and finally Director of Motorsports and Sports Initiatives for the IEDC and Indy Partnership, King helped to create and implement a regional approach to economic development, fostering some of the highest job creation and retention in the City’s recent history.

Brad compliments Team Industrial well by utilizing his experience in a range of services including; market research, economic development incentive opportunities, creating marketing plans, and assisting client relocations, acquisitions, and lease negotiations.
